creative consulting

We are not in the business of creativity for creativity's sake. Design must have purpose and create a consistent theme across all elements to deliver your message.

event execution

Flawless execution is all in the details. We manage any and all aspects of event production including planning & logistics, destination management, budget management, design, staffing & volunteer coordination, execution and evaluation.

Nothing has changed. Just the entire can design. Other than that, nothing.

Cuvée Coffee has been making all natural, direct-trade Nitro Cold Brew Coffee since 2011. Originally launched as “Black & Blue”, the product needed a refresh as Cuvée began expanding their production and distribution. Kym began working with Cuvée in the midst of the can re-design and brand refresh. With the goal of making the canned nitro cold brew more consumer friendly and brand aligned, she provided creative consulting as the new can was finalized and launch messaging was developed. We partnered with YETI to create an exciting launch event in downtown Austin featuring live music, cold brews and free stuff! The YETI Flagship store provided the perfect venue.  We raffled off Cuvée swag as well as branded YETI Colsters and a YETI Hopper Flip. Exclusive discounts were offered on YETI products and at the YETI BARR. Samples of nitro cold brew were served in a variety of ways – straight up, as cold brew floats and mixed with Horchata as a sneak preview of an upcoming new product launch. The party surpassed all expectations, drawing crowds compared to those of SXSW and a line that wrapped around the store to get in. It was the perfect event to celebrate Cuvée and its hometown of Austin, TX. Kym continues working with Cuvée on all of their marketing efforts including their whole bean bag redesign, mapping out brand guidelines, a 5-week café pop-up in Seattle, the launches of Hemp Oil and Horchata cold brews and more.

To encourage cycling through the promotion of events

Helping to execute multiple cycling events throughout Texas, we work with Holland Racing & Special Events to encourage and develop the cycling community. These events range from competitive criterium racing at the Driveway Series (named the best race series in the U.S. by USA Cycling) to the family friendly Bike Night at Circuit of the Americas. We also assist with their endurance cycling events such as the Texas Hūndred and Texas Time Trials. Kym is a certified USA Cycling Race Director.

A location based app and community for dog lovers

BarkHappy creates local communities to help you get out more with your dog and meet new people. Kym was contracted as the Austin Community Manager, first creating meetup events to help build the Austin user base and partnering with local business and non-profits to build relationships. We eventually developed larger events such as bar crawls, photoshoots, movie nights and ice cream socials that acted as fundraisers for our charity partners. When the app rolled out nationwide in 2016, Kym developed the event team training materials and helped to onboard teams in over 40 cities, guiding them through the process of hosting their own meetups and events to drive user growth and revenue nationwide.

X-Games VIP Services

Working with ESPN, we were contracted to provide transportation coordination for their VIP guests for all 3 years of the Austin X-Games. This included providing the highest level of service to VIPs, coordination of getting guests to and from the W Hotel in downtown Austin to Circuit of the Americas, as well as shuttle services around the event venue and to special VIP events. Organization, constant communication and the ability to handle any obstacles that came our way (including severe storms and venue evacuations) ensured the VIP guests experienced nothing but the best experience possible.

Texas-Sized Pittie Pride Goes To Prom!

Love-A-Bull, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting responsible guardianship and improving the image and lives of pit bull type dogs. Working to combat the negative perception of these animals, we proposed the idea of a Pittie Prom for the 2014 event and worked with a design agency to develop the fun, approachable theme. We kicked off the event with a social media campaign for supporters to submit photos of their dogs and vote on the King & Queen of the Pittie Prom. The winners led the annual parade up Congress Ave in pedicabs, followed by hundreds of supporters and their dogs, most of them in prom costumes. The parade ended at Republic Square Park with a festival featuring vendors, activities and a celebrity guest to help spread their message.

A celebration of unique, small batch homebrews

Originally started as a small, backyard fundraiser for AHB Community School, the potential was quickly seen to turn this event into a large scale celebration of the Austin homebrew community and a chance to raise a lot of money for this 501c3 non-profit. In 2014 we were contracted to help bring this festival out of the backyard and into the public eye. Working with the school, we located the perfect venue for the event and managed all event logistics. The festival offered samples of unique, small batch homebrews including beers, meads, ciders and kombuchas. Previews from select new Austin breweries as well as food & treats were provided by local vendors. Judges from some of the best local breweries including Live Oak Brewing, South Austin Brewery, The ABGB and Hops & Grain helped to crown the winners.
